Hello! Hope everyone has been doing well! TVB hosted its Mid-Year Programme Sales Presentation on June 19, 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, where they promoted their 8 upcoming dramas and 12 new variety shows to be released in the next half of the year. We do expect there to be some delays with some of the promoted shows they presented here, and not all of them may be able to be aired this year. Let's take a look at what productions are coming up: Upcoming Dramas: Narcotic Heroes 《 破毒強人 》 Starring: Moses Chan, Nancy Wu, Edwin Siu, Kelly Cheung, Bowie Cheung, Matthew Ho Episodes: 30  Broadcasting Dates: July 31-September 8, 2023 Produced by Marco Law, the cast resembles his Big White Duel II with a different backdrop this time involving crimes and drugs. Welcome back to our blog! Today, we are bringing you some of our thoughts for the upcoming TVB dramas that were featured in the 2018 Filmart! Usually, we like to do a review of TVB's calendar every year, but since the whole calendar was just a compilation of promotional posters for the upcoming dramas, we saw no point in doing a review, which would have just been full of complaints. In fact, you will find many pictures in this taken from TVB's 2018 calendar. Here are our opinions with the dramas are in no particular order: Life on the Line (跳躍生命線): Anticipation Level: 7/10 Life on the Line  seems like a promising filler drama, filled with suspense and perhaps emotion. Joe Ma's always been a decent lead, and we are anticipating Matthew Ho's performance as second male lead. Hopefully, he shows further improvement in this show. Hello! We are back with our thoughts and opinions on TVB's promotional clips of their dramas at Filmart 2016. This is just in random order and first up is Brother's Keeper 2: As we've both seen Brother's Keeper, we already have some expectation for it to be better than the first since a need for a sequel means there's room for development and continuation. We both believe that TVB's sequels have never really been a success. They tend to continue on some dumb love triangle/square (and sometimes even pentagons)... Off the top of our head we can think of The Hippocratic Crush 2, Ghetto Justice 2, Triumph in the Skies 2. They all have some new characters messing up the flow of things which is entirely unnecessary. Anyways! We really want this to succeed and most of all, we want Grace to succeed since TVB is giving her a lot of opportunities and by her character description of being some open and adventurous girl, we have our doubts.
